Wow what a busy weekend! My husband has been away since Thursday morning and life is very different without him here the house is way to quiet.

Saturday morning went to the Market and saw lots of new and old faces sold a few barefoot sandals and got 5 different pieces of jewellery to fix for people.

Sunday I went to my father's and took my 2 dogs and my son's dog, there ended up being 8 dogs there and everyone one of them got along well together and had a great time swimming and playing fetch. After a delicious feast of bbq burgers and the family's favorite dishes of cheesy potatoes and killer bread all the doggies returned to their homes and promptly fell asleep! So nice!

Unfortunately not all turned out well as we got news later on that night that we lost another family member. It has been a rough year for us, my father passed in January, right after which I found out that two of my aunts discovered that they had cancer, then I had another aunt who passed away, an uncle sent to the hospital with a racing heart that they are having trouble regulating, another aunt who I just found out has cancer and the last was to lose the young family member. Life is not a guarentee you never know how much time you have. I am trying to  live more of my life now, not procrastinating those things I want to do because there may not be a tomorrow!

So today I went to watch my first football game I have no idea what I was watching but since the young man playing asked me to come watch I was there and plan to watch even more of his games. I took Captain with me and stopped at the dog park before the game for a few minutes so he could do his business then off to the game. Captain was game to try just about anything today including climbing up on the metal bleachers to have a nap. After the game I spent the hour driving home to almost immediately turn around to head back into town to drop off a vehicle for my husband so he can get home tonight! (yeah) I even managed to convince my son to go to the dog park with me and all three dogs! Lets just say I know we are going to have another peaceful night the pups are pooped!
